CHANGES ARE COMING TO JEKYLL ISLAND.....AND SOME HAVE ARRIVED

1.Currently, the three hotels south of The Days Inn & Suites have been removed. This leaves The Days Inn & Suites as the only property on the southend of the Island.We have a terrific beach location and are the closest hotel to the Soccer Complex and to the Jekyll Island Convention Center.

The Days Inn's common areas have been remodeled and include new carpeting, new furniture, an exotice fish tank, fresh paint and an exquisite lobby mural. The suite guestrooms have been updated and enhanced. The pool/patio area now features a new heated pool, hot tub and kiddy pool.

2. Construction is underway on the Hampton Inn on the southend of the Island.

3. The Sea Turtle Center, Historic District, with years of planning- had it's grand opening in 2007. A very popular tourist attraction . Please visit this worthwhile feature!
